1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Startup Coroner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Startup Coroner may update these terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

2. What Startup Coroner Provides

Startup Coroner is an AI-powered startup idea analysis service. Users can submit business or startup ideas and receive an AI-generated autopsy report designed to identify potential weaknesses, risks, market problems, competitive threats, economic concerns, and other factors that may affect the idea.

Startup Coroner is an analytical and informational tool. Its reports are not professional legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, or business advice.

3. AI-Generated Information

Startup Coroner uses artificial intelligence to generate its reports. AI-generated information can contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, incomplete analysis, or incorrect assumptions.

You are responsible for independently verifying information before making business, financial, investment, legal, or other important decisions.

A survival probability, verdict, score, recommendation, or other assessment generated by Startup Coroner should not be interpreted as a guarantee of success or failure.

4. Accounts and Autopsy Purchases

An account is required to purchase and use Startup Coroner autopsies.

Each complete startup autopsy costs ₹29 unless a different price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

You may purchase multiple autopsies in a single transaction. Purchased autopsies are added to your account as an autopsy balance and may be used for future analyses.

One complete autopsy includes the Startup Coroner examination, AI-generated report, Solution Protocol, and Resuscitation Protocol. The Resuscitation Protocol does not require a separate purchase.

Autopsy purchases are one-time purchases. Startup Coroner does not automatically renew autopsy purchases or charge recurring subscription fees for them.

Purchased autopsies are associated with the account used for the purchase and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.

Refunds and payment disputes are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Payment information such as card or banking credentials is handled by the payment provider according to its own terms and policies.

Startup Coroner does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on its own servers.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. The final amount payable will be shown before the payment is completed.

6. User Content

You retain responsibility for the startup ideas, descriptions, text, and other information that you submit to Startup Coroner.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your submission does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or organization.

You should not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, highly sensitive personal information, or other information that you do not want processed by an AI-powered service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Startup Coroner for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to bypass payment requirements, authentication, autopsy balances, usage restrictions, or security controls.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or information.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated methods to abuse the service or intentionally consume excessive resources.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code, private credentials, or confidential system information, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Startup Coroner's website, branding, software, interface, original content, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Startup Coroner or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use reports generated for your account for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not represent Startup Coroner's branding, software, or proprietary materials as your own or reproduce substantial parts of the service without permission.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

Startup Coroner is provided on an evolving basis. Features, models, reports, pricing, interfaces, and other parts of the service may change, be improved, suspended, or discontinued.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure problems, third-party services, network failures, AI provider limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Third-Party Services

Startup Coroner may rely on third-party services for functions such as payments, authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, artificial intelligence, email, or other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and processing practices. Startup Coroner is not responsible for independent failures or policies of third-party providers.

11. No Guarantee of Business Results

Startup Coroner does not guarantee that using an autopsy report, following a Solution Protocol, or following a Resuscitation Protocol will make a startup successful, profitable, investable, legally compliant, or commercially viable.

Startup outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Startup Coroner, including execution, market conditions, competition, timing, regulation, funding, customer behavior, pricing, and distribution.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Startup Coroner and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes losses arising from business decisions, lost profits, lost opportunities, inaccurate AI-generated information, service interruptions, or reliance on an autopsy report.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account if we reasonably believe the account is being used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment manipulation, security attacks, or other violations of these Terms.

We may also restrict access when necessary to protect the service, its users, or third-party providers.

14. Privacy

Your use of Startup Coroner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and processed.

15. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

If you experience a payment problem, duplicate charge, or technical issue where a purchased autopsy was not delivered, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so the issue can be investigated.

16. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights that apply to you.
