1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Startup Coroner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Startup Coroner provides AI-generated forensic analysis, pre-mortems, and survival assessments of business and startup ideas submitted by users. The output is generated by automated systems and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Professional Advice
The reports, verdicts, survival probabilities, and recommendations produced by the Service are not investment, legal, financial, or business advice. They are AI-generated opinions intended to help you stress-test assumptions.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Always consult qualified professionals before acting on any output from the Service.
4. Accounts and Credits
Some features require an account and consume credits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to build a competing product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by Startup Coroner. Reports generated for you may be used for your own personal or business purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startup Coroner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
